The Interprofessional Association of Fat Palmipeds (INTERPALM) is an agrofood interprofessional association, recognized as such by the Spanish Ministry of Environment, Rural and Marine MARM/291/2010 by the decision of 3 February 2010, published in the Official Journal of Spain on February 15 2010.
• INTERPALM covers the areas of production, processing and marketing of palmipeds. It works to facilitate a better understanding of the food chain for the benefit of consumers.
